Ugandan food is a mixture of cuisines representing the different regions of the country. Sit in local restaurants and enjoy some of the best enchiladas, tostadas, tamales, all the best made guacamole, chiles en nogada, chilaquiles and of course do not forget to try the elote. You will love it.
