Singer Steven Kigozi who goes by the name Steve Keys has been lined up to serenade guests at Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort on 12th February, an event that will set the mood right ahead of this Year's Valentine's Day. The world celebrates Valentine's Day on 14th February ever year.
